**Friday 9th January** We can confirm the school will be closed today. This will allow the site team to fully assess the damage caused by Storm Gorhetti and ensure that we can open safely on Monday. We appreciate the distruption this may cause, but we want to make sure everyone in our school community stays safe.

Pendower Class (Y3 / Y4)

Welcome to the Pendower Class page. We are named after the stunning Pendower Beach which lies just along the coastline from the village of Gerrans. We consist of children in lower Key Stage 2 (years 3 and 4). 
 
Our class teacher is Mr Perkes, who completed his teacher training with Cornwall SCITT.
 
Some useful information:
-We continue to expect frequent reading of your child’s levelled reading book and request that this is noted in their reading record. Your child will have the opportunity to use the school library every Tuesday to select books of their choosing.
-PE is taught on a Monday and we kindly ask children to wear their PE kit to school.
